• If you purchase the photo acknowledgement is optional
• Do NOT Hot Link To Our Images Right Click Then Copy Them To Your Own Computer or Web Host

(Please Note: We do random image file name changes to avoid successful hot linking to our images for any significant amount of time)

Type of Use - Free Versions

• Free Photos may be used for Personal, Non-Commercial Purposes Only!
• Photos may Not be used in products that are sold, but only where the photos are used for personal non-commercial illustration or decoration
• Photos may Not be printed or electronically published for sale

Unacceptable Use

You must not:

• offer the images for sale or distribution
• claim them as your own work
• include them in "web templates" which are subject to distribution, whether the templates are free-of-charge or paid-for due to the difficulties in ensuring our terms are adhered to by these other sites
• use them on merchandise for sale such as Posters, Greeting Cards, T-shirts, Mugs, etc.

Websites - Business & Personal

• If you use a free image on a website, you must place a text hyperlink on that website to SeeFoodPhotos.com. This includes forums, blogs and networking sites such as Facebook & MySpace
• If you purchase the photograph there is no requirement to place a hyperlink

Printed Media, Including Free Flyers, Newspapers & Magazines

• If you use a free image in printed media, you must acknowledge the SeeFoodPhotos.com as the image source. This includes free newspapers, magazines, newsletters and company literature
• If you purchase the photograph there is no requirement to acknowledge us

Video Productions

• If you use a free video or image in video productions, you must acknowledge the SeeFoodPhotos.com as the image source
• If you purchase the photograph there is no requirement to acknowledge us

Emails - Personal & Marketing Messages

• If you use a free image in an email, you must place a text hyperlink within the email to SeeFoodPhotos.com.
• If you purchase the photograph there is no requirement to place a hyperlink
